HOME · FILE 3.2 — CUSTOM AI BUILD

Custom AI, built by an operator.

hire an AI consultant who runs a franchise — not an agency with a deck

One tool that solves your biggest leak — designed, built, deployed, and documented in 4–8 weeks. Every build follows the same process that produced OpsBrain, the platform running daily at my own franchise store.

What I build

TOOLS THAT PAY FOR THEMSELVES — AND TWO I WON'T BUILD
01

Invoice scanning & price watch

Photo → parsed line items → every price checked against your history and contract. The category that recovered $2,042 in one January audit.

02

Reporting engines

Daily numbers pulled from POS exports and spreadsheets into one view — food cost, labor, the number you actually keep.

03

Ordering models

Prediction that learns your store's rhythm from counts and deliveries — instead of gut feel at 11pm.

04

Workflow automation

Credit requests, checklists, close-out flows, vendor emails — the 15-minute tasks that eat your managers' shifts.

Not: voice ordering platforms

That's a vendor category, not a custom build. I evaluate and integrate them — framework here — I don't resell them.

Not: chatbots for the sake of it

If a chatbot isn't your leak, I'll say so in the scope call and save us both the project.

B

How it runs

FIXED QUOTE · WEEKLY DEMOS · REAL HANDOFF
01 · SCOPE

One problem, priced in writing.

We pick the highest-payback problem — from your audit if you've done one, from a scoping call if not. You get a fixed quote and a written scope before any work starts. The number doesn't move mid-project.

02 · BUILD

You see it working every week.

Working demos on your real data, not mockups. Boring, maintainable technology — no exotic stack your next hire can't run.

03 · DEPLOY

Tested on a live operation.

The tool ships into your actual workflow and gets adjusted against reality — the same way everything I build gets proven at my own store first.

04 · HANDOFF

You own everything.

Code, data, documentation your team can follow. No subscription required to keep what you paid for. Maintenance is available on the retainer — optional, month-to-month.

The standing proof

THE LAST "CUSTOM BUILD" BECAME A PRODUCT
EXHIBIT — OPSBRAIN

OpsBrain started exactly like your project would.

One operator's leak — gut-feel Sysco ordering — turned into an invoice scanner, then a learning order model, then a full inventory platform. It runs in daily production at my own store and is live for other operators at $99/mo Founding (Inventory live · Cashflow early access).

Build FAQ

BEFORE YOU SCOPE
What's the difference between a $5,000 build and a $15,000 build?

Scope. The low end is a focused single-workflow tool — an invoice scanner, a daily reporting dashboard, one automated workflow. The high end is a multi-workflow system with integrations — for example, invoice scanning plus ordering predictions plus a reporting layer that reads from your POS exports. Every build gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts; the number doesn't move mid-project.

Who owns the tool and the data after a custom AI build?

You do — the tool, the code, the data, and the documentation. There's no subscription to Avissh AI required to keep using what was built, and no lock-in. Ongoing maintenance is available separately through the monthly retainer, but it's optional.

Do I need an AI Operations Audit before a custom build?

No, but most builds start there. The $2,500 audit prices every opportunity in your operation, so the build targets the highest-payback problem instead of the most visible one. If you already know exactly what you need, the build can be scoped directly.

Do you build AI voice ordering or drive-thru systems?

No. Voice ordering platforms are a vendor category, not a custom build — building one from scratch doesn't make economic sense for an operator. Avissh evaluates and integrates voice-ordering vendors on the operator's side of the table, and doesn't resell any of them.

What happens after the build ships?

Every build is deployed on your operation, tested in real use, and handed off with documentation your team can follow. If you want ongoing maintenance, new automations, or vendor management after handoff, that's the monthly retainer — $2,000–$5,000/month, cancel anytime.
